Sushi....or Sashimi?

Noah went with his mommy and daddy for SUSHI with his friends and godparents, Joe and Sasha! I was so excited to finally have sushi again!! Noah had a great time seeing us try new things and watching all the people enjoy their dinners! He also had a hostess who seemed to think he was quite a cutie and kept visiting him throughout our meal. He is already a heartbreaker!! ;)

Happy Anniversary Mommy & Daddy!

Today is our four year anniversary and Noah is allowing us to go have dinner without him for the first time. Of course, its a bit hard leaving him, but definitely a needed break for the both of us.

Also, I was able to sneak a little video clip of Noah "talking" and cooing in his crib. He doesn't sleep in his crib yet, in fact he enjoys just hanging out in there and looking at the wall his daddy, Joe and Sasha made for him. (Mommy helped too but couldn't paint. ;o) )

Newborn Pictures!!

We got our newborn pictures back this week and most of you should have received your birth announcements this week as well! I thought I would post a few of the pictures from the session. I will also send an e-mail to friends and family for a link to see all the pictures! They are adorable! Noah was such a good sport for the pictures, although he did poopy on daddy twice within ten minutes, which is when we decided the pictures would be taken with his diaper on. ;) If you are interested in our photographer, you can check her out at http://www.kristimichellephotography.com/.
*Please continue to pray for baby Rylan!

Valentine's Day!!

We hope everyone had a wonderful Valentine's Day! Daniel and I decided to take Noah out for the first time today!! So we had our first family outing...we did a little shopping for Noah (since he officially has grown out of newborn clothes) and went out to eat. He seemed to enjoy the outing and being mommy's valentine ;). Here are a few pictures of Noah from today.
HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!!

*Please continue to pray for Baby Rylan...
He is still in the Pediatric ICU but has been stable with no seizures since yesterday. They did find out, however, through the MRI that he did have signs of a stroke and has affected his brain in a negative way. We are agreeing with his mommy and daddy in prayer that the report of the Lord will show otherwise. Thanks!

6 WEEKS!

Today marks Noah's six week birthday and we couldn't be happier. Noah is officially allowed to go out and see the world now that he has passed 6 weeks. (His pediatrician told us to keep him home for the first six weeks with it being cold/flu season.) So, start expecting to see him out and about exploring new things!! I couldn't be happier because now it is time to show him off! ;)

Also today, for the first time we noticed that Noah will stare at mommy and daddy from a distance. He was sitting in his swing and I looked over and realized he was staring at me!! When I turned to look back at him he gave me a great big smile!! There is nothing more rewarding then to see your child smile when he sees your face! I love it!! Here are a few pictures we took to try to capture the moment, although by the time we got the camera out he wasn't cheesing quite as much! ;)

*Prayer Request: Please pray for Baby Rylan-He was born on February 10th and soon after starting having seizures. He is still having seizures and is in Pediatric ICU having tests ran. Please pray for his mom and dad too. Thanks!

Noah's First Walk!!

Since we live in good ole South Carolina where you can have one day in February where it is almost 70 degrees and 20 the next...We lucked out on a beautiful 70 degree Sunday! We decided to take Noah out for his first walk and view of the beautiful outdoors! He had a blast and we even took Lucy who felt very fortunate to be a part of the outing!

Noah's First Month

Noah's first month has definitely flew by!! We cannot believe how much he has already changed and how quickly he is catching on to things!! I posted a slideshow of pictures from his first month just to catch everyone up to speed since I am just now starting this blog. Also, please be patient with me as this is my first blog and have no clue what I am doing! ;)
